What became of the issues?
Measurement instrument 3 · The Issue Tracker
The Issue Tracker reads out what is in the Current Shared Picture and on the issue list: how many issues are open, in progress, completed, or returned, whether actions have an owner, whether the complaints from the Team Pulse have decreased, and whether the agenda item returns.

First version of the measurement instrument, based on Stop Solving (Campman, 2026). Based on the test from the Team Pitstop (chapter 7: did the complaints disappear with it?), closing out with an owner (chapter 3), and the research idea from chapter 10; the results from chapter 9 are a direction, not a measurement. The two-quarter term for “returned” is a choice of this instrument. This is an indication for the conversation in the team, not an assessment of people. Privacy policy
