As your trainer-coach I facilitate the sessions myself. Metis is the AI colleague of Vraagstuk Studio that I bring in as soon as your organization opts for it. It guards the order of the eight steps and holds on to what we discover, decide, and agree together, so that none of it disappears the moment the session ends. I work with Metis as a certified partner of Vraagstuk Studio. Metis works in English and in Dutch.
What Metis does in my sessions

Metis is not a chatbot that delivers answers. It is built around one task: supporting the eight-step model, whichever step the team is in. In a session I facilitate, it detects which step we are in and signals when the order is broken, for instance by a solution that comes to the table too early. After picture-forming it pulls out the statements and proposes a clustering, with the original texts intact beside it. In opinion-forming it tests the HPIDs for purity. And at the end it composes the Current Shared Picture: key points, action list, and discussion record. Nobody has to write up minutes at home anymore.
It also facilitates the learning process: in the Team Pitstop it records what the team learned about itself, and because it forgets nothing, a team sees its own learning progress across sessions. Every substantive choice comes from the team. Every guarding question comes from Metis.
What Metis never does
- No substantive decision on behalf of the team. When a team gets stuck, it offers a question, not an answer.
- No judgment about teams or team members. Patterns as behavior, never as character; as a hypothesis, never as a settled judgment.
- A similarity between teams is no proof of a cause. Always: signal, not judgment.
- Consent is explicit. Agreement is never inferred from silence or from a quick reaction.
Those limits are built in, not promised. With sensitive issues, Metis refers to the right professional.
One Metis, three roles
Metis Team Pulse gathers what is on people’s minds in the team, without judgment and without solutions, including from those who are not present at the same time. Metis Team is the shared environment in which the team works out an issue step by step, keeps track of actions and ownership, and reports back. Metis Leadership is the manager’s own environment: examining a pattern, preparing a difficult conversation, writing a text, without it automatically ending up in the team environment.

How it works at your organization
If your organization takes out a Metis subscription, Metis is present in the sessions I facilitate: at the table, hybrid, or online. I equip your own people to run sessions with Metis independently as well, and use grows with what you can handle yourselves. The subscription runs through me, at the monthly fee that is the same with every partner. Without a Metis subscription I work with the same method, on paper with the workbook or digitally.
For you as executive or management team member it means: the key points of the Current Shared Pictures are in your own environment, and reading across teams is a matter of one question. A pattern across teams is then a signal to examine, never a judgment about a team.
Security
Your organization gets its own, shielded environment. Nobody else has access to your data, not I and not Vraagstuk Studio. Processing in line with the GDPR and a NEN 7510-compliant process (the Dutch standard for information security in healthcare), encrypted storage and backups within the EU, on servers in Europe, in principle in the Netherlands. Metis works in a text field in the browser; type or speak, no installation.
