Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Vraagstukgerichtwerken.com is my website (Frank Campman), based in Duiven, the Netherlands (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 71963359). This policy describes which personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have.
Which data are processed
- Tools (reflection tools and measurement instruments). If you want to receive your result at the end of a tool, you fill in your name, email address, and phone number and give consent for the use described below. Together with your answers, your scores, and your outcome, these are stored and delivered to me by email. Optionally you fill in a team code; with the measurement instruments this also includes the measurement (baseline, interim, or final measurement). If you arrive through a link from a certified partner of Vraagstuk Studio, the partner code from that link is sent along. Scores from team measurements are reported at team level only and are never input for assessing people; a team picture contains no individual scores.
- Contact. If you schedule an exploratory conversation or send an email, I process the data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels.
What the data are used for
- Sending your result. You receive your outcome by email, so you can read it back.
- Preparing a conversation. If you request an exploratory conversation or facilitation, I use your outcome to prepare that conversation. A certified partner of Vraagstuk Studio who facilitates you receives your data and contacts you; in that conversation you agree how the contact continues.
- Team analysis. If you fill in a team code, your scores are combined with those of your teammates into a team picture for the person who initiated the measurement. That team picture contains averages and spread, never individual scores. With a baseline, interim, and final measurement, the team pictures are compared with one another.
- Research and publications. I use anonymized scores and outcomes (without name, email address, phone number, team code, or organization) to improve the method and the tools and for articles and research on teams. No person, team, or organization can ever be traced from such publications.
The legal basis for 1 and 2 is the performance of what you request; for 3 and 4 it is your consent, which you give when filling in the form and can withdraw at any time. Your data are not sold. You receive no newsletter or other mailings unless you ask for them yourself.
Processors and storage
- WordPress.com (Automattic) hosts this website and the forms (WPForms). Submissions are stored in the website’s database.
- Google Workspace (business account of Vraagstuk Studio, data storage in the EU) for the spreadsheet in which submissions are kept for team analysis and research.
- The email service that sends the result emails, and the business mailbox where submissions arrive.
- formsubmit.co is used only as a backup channel when the form on a page is temporarily unavailable; the service delivers the content by email and keeps it no longer than needed for delivery.
Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties, or their standard terms for data processing apply. Certified partners of Vraagstuk Studio who receive data from their own participants are responsible for that themselves and are bound to the same agreements through the partner agreement.
Retention period
Name, email address, and phone number attached to tool results are kept for a maximum of twelve months after the last contact and then deleted. The scores and outcomes are then kept in anonymized form for research. Team pictures are kept as long as the facilitation program they belong to runs, and are anonymized afterward. Messages and requests are kept as long as needed for the contact, and for a maximum of two years after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to object to processing. To do so, send a message to frank@vraagstukgerichtwerken.com. You will receive a reply within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
